Return/Exchange Policy
To return your product please initiate a return on our site to receive a free shipping label at returns or exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
shynetribe is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when you ship the package back to us for a return/exchange.
You are also responsible to provide shynetribe customer service with carrier and tracking number.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
Returns
We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order in exchange for Store Credits.
Refunds
shynetribe DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
All Returns/Exchanges are applicable for store credits only.
Non-refundable items
Opened or worn products
To complete your return, we require the order number and email address/phone number associated with the order.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted unless authorized for a special circumstance.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send a dm on Instagram @shynetribe as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns / Exchanges will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
-The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
-The item must be in an unused, unworn, and resell-able condition.
-The item must be returned with its original packing.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect.
